Soul-lous is a 2D platformer puzzle game where you accompany the protagonist Nolon and control his body and spirit throughout their own respective worlds. Both worlds are linked, so you will need to make Nolon's body and spirit work together to help both escape each stage, so that Nolon can become whole again.
This game was created as a part of the Queen's Game Development Club 2024 Game Jam, where the theme of the jam was "Symmetry".
Controls:
WASD - Move/Float
Space - Jump (Body), Possess Object (Spirit), Exit Level (if both are in front of exit doors)
Q: Switch Worlds
R: Reset Level
ESC: Pause Game
Tips:
- Any switch activated in one world will be activated in the other world
- The spirit can possess objects to move them
- The body can hold down switches without any objects needed
- Possessed objects can also act as platforms for the body, as a currently possessed object loses the effects of physics in the real world.

Woah, this game won 1st place in the game jam I made this for, thats kinda neat lol
I may update this game eventually to do a hotfix to it at the very least, but I may perhaps even improve it with more content and improve what exists because I had fun making this and want to do more with it. (and lets now hope this comment doesn't become dated lmao)
